The 11 Domains of Wellbeing
The Sue Fuller-Good model of wellbeing is based on 11 domains which are all interlinked, and which are all equally vital to the picture of wellbeing. If even one domain is out of kilter or under functioning, then the picture becomes distorted and wellbeing is interrupted. Most people find some of the domains very easy to master and have in balance, but most have one or two that they struggle with. The model is based on identifying those which are creating challenge, and bringing healing and energy to them. Some know which areas are difficult and others find these areas in their blind spot, in which case the careful assessments and questionnaires we offer help to bring them to awareness.

The Sue Fuller-Good model will teach you to create eustress and not get into distress where you are damaging your health, your body and your performance. You will learn to navigate this balance.
